1. The matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.
2. Upon hearing Mr.Guru, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr.Das, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State, paragraph-3 of order dated 10th May, 2022 is substituted with following paragraphs.
"3.
Having heard both parties and considering the nature of offence, which are under Sections 370/376/114 of the I.P.C. and Section 4/17 of the POCSO Act and Section 3/4/5/7 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, and the nature of allegations, I am not inclined to release the Petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. However, the Petitioner is at liberty to surrender before the concerned Court and in such event, if he moves for bail within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be considered in accordance with law, including the ground of parity, if any, applicable."
3. The I.A. is disposed of.
4. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
