None appears for the petitioner at the time of call, so also no one had appeared on the last date on 11.10.2022 for the petitioner. The BLAPL is pending since 30.12.2021 and in the meantime, more than nine months have passed. It presupposes that the petitioner is not interested to move the bail application.

In view of the aforesaid development, the BLAPL stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
