In the course of hearing by filing a memo, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to press the bail application of the petitioner, namely Bitu @ Abinash Behera. But he further submits to renew the prayer for bail of the petitioner after commitment of the case.

Accordingly, the bail application is disposed of with aforesaid liberty.
