This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Government Advocate. Perused the writ petition and documents annexed to the writ petition.

The Petitioner has filed the present writ petition with the following prayer:- "In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances as narrated above it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court be graciously be pleased to admit the Writ Petition and issue Rule Nisi for any other appropriate Writs against the Opp. Parties calling upon the Opposite Parties to show cause as to why they shall not be directed to regularize the services of the petitioner as Attender against an existing vacancy; And, if the Opp. Parties failed to show cause or show insufficient cause, make the said rule absolute by directing the opposite parties to regularize the services of the petitioner as Attender against an existing vacancy. And/or issue any other appropriate Writ/Writs, order/orders, direction/directions as deem fit and proper in the fitness of the case. "

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that Petitioner wants to make a fresh representation before the author concerned with a direction from this Court to the authority to consi

// 2 // the case of the Petitioner within a stipulated period of time. 5.

Learned counsel for the State-Opposite Parties submits that he h no objection if the Petitioner is permitted to file a fresh representat before the authority concerned with a direction to the authority concern to consider the representation of the Petitioner in accordance with l within the stipulated period of time.

Considering such submission and without expressing any opin on the merit of the case, this Court disposes of the writ petit permitting the Petitioner to make a fresh representation before Opposite Parties No.2 and 3 within a period of two weeks from tod and in the event such representation is filed before the Opposite Part No.2 and 3, the Opposite Parties No.2 and 3 shall do well to consider same in accordance with law by passing a speaking and reasoned or within a period of three months from the date of filing of su representation and the decision thereof so taken shall be communica to the Petitioner within two weeks thereafter. 7.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
