Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the appeal is pending before the Sub-Collector, Balasore, Opposite Party No.3. In the event any such appeal is pending before the appellate authority, Opposite Party No.3, it is directed the appellate authority to dispose of the same within a period of four weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order by providing an opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ application stands disposed of.
