Since the application of the petitioner to appear in the written examination for direct recruitment of District Judge, which is scheduled to be held on 15.01.2023, pursuant to the advertisement under Annexure-1, is defective, the relief sought in the present writ petition cannot be granted.

Accordingly, the writ petition merits no consideration and the same is hereby dismissed.
