The grievance of the Petitioner in the present Contempt Application is that the order dated 20th July, 2021 passed in W.P.(C) No.20283 of 2021 has not been complied with by the Opposite Partycontemnors. Accordingly, on an earlier occasion, the petitioner had filed CONTC No.5490 of 2021. The said contempt application was disposed of vide order dated 17th September, 2021 grating further one month time to the Contemnors to comply with the order dated 20th July, 2021. Finally by order dated 23rd September, 2021 the petitioner's case has been considered in the light of the order dated 20th July, 2021.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the order dated 23rd September, 2021 has been passed in compliance of the order dated 20th July 2021 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.20283 of 2021. On perusal of the order dated 20th July, 2021 this Court finds

// 2 // that there is no specific direction as to how the authority shall proceed in the matter and the direction in the said order to consider the representation in the light of the pleadings of the writ application and the documents submitted along with the writ application. The authority have taken a decision in compliance to order dated 20th July, 2021. Moreover, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the said order dated 23rd July, 2021, it is open for him to approach the appropriate forum assailing the said order. In such view of the matter I find no merits in the contempt.

Accordingly, the same is dropped.
