Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that challenging the transfer order dated 19.12.2022, the petitioner has approached this Court. However, learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the authority kept in abeyance of the said transfer order. Therefore, the writ petition has become infructuous. 4.

In view of the submissions, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
