This matter is taken up through Video Conferencing mode. 2.

The sole grievance of the Petitioners in the present writ application is that the District Education Officer, Mayurbhanj, Opposite Party No.3 has not submitted the proposal for opening of GPF Account before the Controller of Accounts, Opposite Party No.4.

It is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel for School & Mass Education department that the Petitioners have not approached the Opposite Party No.3 for redressal of their grievance and have approached this Court directly. He further submits that if the Petitioners submit any representation before the District Education Officer, Opposite Party No.3, the same shall be considered by the District Education Officer, Mayurbhanj in accordance with law. 4.

In such view of the matter, the present writ application is disposed of with a direction to the Petitioners to file a fresh

// 2 // representation before the District Education Officer, Mayurbhanj within a period of two weeks from today along with certified/authenticated copy of this order. In the event such representation is filed, the same shall be disposed of by the authority by passing a speaking and reasoned order. The decision so taken be communicated within a period of 10 days thereafter. 5.

With the aforesaid observation the writ application stands disposed of.

As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID -19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a print out of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned Advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020, modified by Court's Notice No.4798, dated 15th April, 2021, and Court's Office Order circulated vide Memo Nos.514 and 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
