This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

The present writ application has been filed by the Petitioner praying for a direction to the Opposite Parties to take prompt steps for sanction and disbursement of full pension and other pensionary benefits at par with similarly situated employees like the present Petitioner within a stipulated period of time. 3.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the case of the Petitioner is similar to that Mituram Mohanty, ExPhysical Education Teacher who was serving in the same institution as that of the Petitioner. It is further submitted by the Petitioner that he has submitted a representation before the Opposite Party No.1 on 28th May, 2021 and is pending for consideration. 4.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court

// 2 // disposes of the writ application with a direction to the Opposite Party No.1 to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 28th May, 2021, if any, within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.

It is needless to mention here that the authority shall consider the case of the Petitioner in accordance with law and shall dispose of the same by a speaking and reasoned order. Any decision so taken shall be communicated to the Petitioner within a period of 10 days from the date of such decision.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ application stands disposed of.
