Mr. Sarangi, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, transport services were rendered to Odisha Forest Development Corporation (OFDC). The bills are long pending. His client made representation dated 15th March 2015, which also was not considered.

He submits, there be direction upon opposite party no.1 to deal with and dispose of his client's representation by clearing the long pending bills.

Facts and circumstances involved do not require direction for issuance of notice. Opposite party no.1 is directed to deal with petitioner's representation dated 15th March 2015 within three weeks of communication of this order. Said opposite party will either cause
// 2 // the bills to be cleared or inform petitioner as to why payment cannot be made thereon.

The writ petition is disposed of.
