This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks to assail the order dated 11th May, 2022 (Annexure-4) passed by Sub-Registrar, Odagaon refusing registration of the sale deed executed in favour of the Petitioner in Refusal Memo No.2 of 2022. 3.

Since the Petitioner has a remedy under Section 72 of the Registration Act, 1908 to file appeal before the District Registrar against the order under Annexure-4, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition.

Hence, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation that in the event the Petitioner files an appeal against the impugned order under Annexure-4 within a period of two weeks along with certified copy of this order, the same shall be considered on its own merit.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
