Mr. Sarangi, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioners and submits, his client's land has been acquired. Compensation has not been paid. His client's representation dated 23rd August, 2021 was made to opposite party no.1.

Mr. Babu, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, copy has not been served. Mr. Sarangi assures Court, copy will be served during course of the day. On query from Court from Mr. Babu submits, the representation will be considered.
