The petitioners have filed this Writ Petition challenging the notice of eviction issued by the Tahasildar, Basudevpur. 4.

Since the petitioners have come up challenging the notice of eviction, it is open to the petitioners to pursue their remedy before the appropriate authority by filing objection, if they are so advised, so that the matter can be considered and appropriate orders can be passed in accordance with law.
