This matter is taken up through Video Conferencing Mode.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. 3.
This writ petition involves the following prayer. "The petitioner therefore prays that, the Hon'ble Court be pleased to admit this application and after hearing the petitioner's advocate issue a writ in nature of mandamus or any other suitable writ directing to the opp. party no.2 to evict the Opposite Parties No.3 and 4 who have unauthorizedly encroached the Govt. Plot No.592, area Ac.0.070 dec. under Govt. Khata No.459 or MouzaBalarampur in the district of Kendrapara as per the provision under O.P.L.E. Act within a stipulated period." 4.
Looking to the limited request involved herein and as this Court finds the representation at the instance of the petitioner on the self same issue vide Annexure-2 is pending consideration, without expressing any opinion on the merit of the case, this Court disposes
of the writ petition directing the opposite party no.1 to look into the grievance of the petitioner vide Annexure-2 and take decision, as appropriate, taking into consideration the plea taken in the writ petition within a period of six months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order along with copy of the writ petition by the petitioner.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout copy of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020 as modified by Court's Notice No.4798, dated 15th April, 2021 and Court's Office order circulated vide Memo Nos.514 & 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
