It is surprise to record that OSS case filed in the year 2019 (OSS Case No.27 of 2019) is yet to be admitted. In the event of filing of memo along with an authenticated copy of this order by the petitioner, the authority is directed to take up the matter for admission forthwith. 4.

The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. 5.
