This matter is taken up by video conferencing mode. 2.

This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking a direction for targeting the Title Appeal No.11/18 of 2003. 3.

Mr. Sarangi, learned counsel for Petitioner makes a clear statement that for the stage of the appeal, there is requirement of argument only and since there is development in the system of argument, the argument in the Title Appeal No.11/18 of 2003 can be done through video conferencing mode and therefore, Mr. Sarangi, learned counsel for the Petitioner prayed for targeting the Appeal. 4.

Keeping the above statement made by Mr. Sarangi, learned counsel for the Petitioner in view and as the appeal is pending since 2003, this Court directs the 1st Additional District Judge-cum-Special Judge (Vigilance), Bhubaneswar to make an endeavor to conclude the proceeding vide Title Appeal No.11/18 of 2003 within a period of three months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of

// 2 // this order by the Petitioner and also ensuring the argument through video conferencing mode.

With the aforesaid direction the civil miscellaneous petition stands disposed of.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020 as modified by Court's Notice No.4798, dated 15th April, 2021 and Court's Office order circulated vide memo Nos.514 & 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
