Since the Petitioner has already completed three years in the meantime, nothing prevented the Petitioner to apply for registration afresh. In such view of the matter, this Court while disposing of the writ petition as not entertainable at this stage, observes, if the Petitioner files a fresh application for registration, the same shall be considered and disposed of on its own merit and without being influenced by the impugned order.

The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction. 4.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner
