This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

Six Petitioners have combinedly filed this writ application with a prayer to direct the Opposite Parties to approve the post of the Petitioners with effect from the date of their joining and they have sought for a further direction to the Opposite parties to release the salary as recommended by the Government Selection Committee dated 24th July, 2000 within a stipulated period of time. 3.
The case of the Petitioners is that having requisite qualification they all appeared in the recruitment test conducted for selection of teachers in Physically Handicapped Schools and they were duly selected and joined in their respective teaching post. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioners that the post against which the Petitioners have been appointed have been approved by the Government and they were selected against regular vacancy for the said post.

The learned counsel for the Petitioners further contended that the Government Selection Committee consisting of District Social Security Officer, Bargarh, District Inspector of Schools, Bargarh and the Secretary of Physically Handicapped Schools, Bargarh after taking into consideration the requisite qualification recommended the names of the Petitioners for appointment. After receiving appointment letters the Petitioners have joined in their respective post. Being aggrieved by the inaction of the authorities to approve the post held by the present Petitioners, the Petitioners have approached this Court by filing the present writ application. 5.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioners that the Petitioners have filed representation before the authority ventilating their grievances.

Mr.Praharaj, leaned Standing Counsel appearing for the State submits that he has no objection if a direction is given to the Director Social Security and Empowerment of Persons with Disability Department, Odisha, Opposite Party No.2 to consider the case of the Petitioners in accordance with law.

In such view of the matter, the present writ application is being disposed of with a direction to the Petitioners to file a fresh representation taking all the grounds available to them before the Opposite Party No.2 within a period of two weeks from today along with a certified copy of this order. If such a representation is filed within the time stipulated, the Opposite Party No.2 shall do well to dispose of the same in accordance with law and shall pass a speaking and reasoned order. The decision so taken shall be communicated to the Petitioners within 10 days thereafter.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion

With the aforesaid observation, the writ appl;cation stands disposed of.
