Heard Mr. Sahu, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. Samal, learned Additional Government Advocate. 3.
During course of hearing, Mr. Sahu wants to withdraw this writ petition as the Petitioner wants to approach the appropriate forum/Tribunal constituted under the Coal Bearing Areas (Acquisition and Development) Act, 1957 for redressal of his grievances.
Considering such submission, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
