Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly seeks permission of the Court to move the bail application after recording of the deposition of the informant since charge has already been framed in this case. 3.

In view of such limited prayer, the BLAPL is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after recording of the evidence of the informant in this case.
