Since the petitioner has already preferred appeal under Rule-46 of Orissa Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 2016 as per prescribed format on 23.04.2019, as has been pleaded in paragraph-P of the writ petition, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to pursue his remedy before the appropriate forum. 3.

With the above observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
