3. The Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the opposite parties 3 and 5 to pay the compensation as per the claim petition dated 14.12.2021 vide Annexure-6 for the damage caused by the opposite party no.10.
4. Considering the aforesaid limited grievance of the Petitioner, this Court disposes of the writ petition at the stage of admission with a direction to the Tahasildar, Kaniha-opposite party no.5, to examine the representation, vide Annexure-6, and after issuing notice to the Petitioner as well as opposite party no.10 and after receiving inputs from the State Pollution Control Board and giving all the parties a reasonable opportunity of hearing, a reasoned order will be passed thereon by 28th February, 2022 and the same be made available to all the
// 2 // parties by 8th March, 2022. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merit of the case.
5. As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-10 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout copy of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020 as modified by Court's Notice No.4798, dated 15th April, 2021 and Court's Office order circulated vide Memo Nos.514 & 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
