Since the petitioner, who was working under the opposite parties through outsourcing basis, has been terminated from service vide order dated 20.05.2021 under Annexure-9, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to pursue his remedy before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
