Heard learned counsel for the parties.

It is claimed that the enhanced compensation determined on account of a reference under Section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 in terms of the Judgment dated 7th January, 2017 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Division), Bhawanipatna in L.A.R. No.159 of 2016 has not yet been disbursed in spite of the positive directions passed by this Court vide order dated 27th January, 2021 in W.P.(C) No.37276 of 2020.

This contempt petition has been filed for violation of the order dated 27th January, 2021 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No. 37276 of 2020.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that the order dated 27th January, 2021 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No. 37276 of 2020 has been complied with. Mr. L. Samantaray, Additional Government Advocate has no objection.

In view of the submission made by the counsel for the parties, the contempt petition is dismissed as infructuous. 6.
In case there is any discrepancy, the Petitioners are at liberty to revive the contempt petition by making an application within 30 days from today.
