This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical mode).

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioners that the Petitioners have submitted a representation before the Block Education Officer, Nischintakoili, Opposite Party No.7 and the same is pending as of now. Further, he prays for a direction to the Opposite Party No.7 to dispose of the representation of the Petitioners within a stipulated period of time.

Mr.Mohanty, learned Standing Counsel for School & Mass Education Department has no objection if the representation of the Petitioners is disposed of in a time bound manner. 5.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Block Education Officer, Opposite Party No.7 to dispose of the representation of the Petitioner dated 28th September,

// 2 // 2021, if any such representation is pending, within a period of four weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 6.

It is needless to mention here that Opposite Party No.7 shall consider the representation of the Petitioners in accordance with law and dispose of the same by passing a reasoned and speaking order. The decision so taken on the representation of the Petitioners be communicated to them within 10 days thereafter. 7.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
