Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner. 3.

The grievance of the Petitioner is that the Odisha Power Transmission Corporation Limited took steps for drawing of 4000 K.V. high voltage electric wire over his agriculture land illegally. In this regard, he has already filed representations before the Tahasildar, Bhuban as well as Opposite Party No.2-Sub-Collector, Kamakhyanagar under Annexures-2 and 3 to the writ petition respectively, which have not yet been considered.

Considering the aforesaid grievance of the Petitioner, this Court disposes of this writ petition at the stage of admission with a direction to the Opposite Party No.2-Sub-Collector, Kamakhyanagar to look into the grievance of the Petitioner made vide Annexure-2 to the writ petition, if the same has not yet been disposed of, within fifteen days hence, giving notice to the Opposite Party No.3-Managing Director, Odisha Power Transmission Corporation Limited, Bhubaneswar.

However, till then, if 4000 K.V. high voltage electric wire has not yet been drawn over the agriculture land of the Petitioner, the same shall not be drawn till disposal of the representation of the Petitioner made before the Opposite Party No.2-Sub-Collector, Kamakhyanagar. 6.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout copy of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020 as modified by Court's Notice No.4798, dated 15th April, 2021 and Court's Office order circulated vide Memo Nos.514 & 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
