This contempt petition is filed alleging violation of this Court's order passed in W.P.(C) No.22396 of 2021 on 10th August, 2020. 3.

Considering the submissions made by the parties and as this Court finds, no purpose will be served in issuing notice in such matters, the Contempt Petition stands disposed of considering the seriousness and gravity of the matter, the opposite parties are granted further four weeks time to comply with the order dated 10th August, 2021 passed in W.P.(C) No.22396 of 2021 if the same has not been stayed by any higher forum, within a period of one month from the date of communication of certified copy of this order by the Petitioner.
