Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to correct the ROR in respect of Khat No.729 of mouza Rajarani, under Bhubaneswar tahasil in the district of Khordha. 3.

In course of hearing, Mr. Pandey, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to avail the remedy under Section 15(b) of the Odisha Survey and Settlement Act, 1958.
