1. The Petitioners' representation dated 21st December, 2020 shall be examined by the Regional Officer, Regional State Pollution Control Board, Balasore (Opposite Party No.2) and after issuing notice to the Petitioners as well as Opposite Parties Nos.4 and 5, and, after giving them all a hearing, a reasoned order shall be passed by Opposite No.2 not later than 9th May, 2022. The said order shall be made available to the parties not later than 16th May, 2022.

2. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
