This is an application for extension of period of interim bail as had been granted to the Petitioner by order dated 28.02.2022. 3.

Considering the submission made and on going through the averments taken in the petition, the time period of interim bail is extended till 13.06.2022 with further direction that he will positively surrender on 14th June, 2022.
