Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. Order No.

From the pleadings and through the document at Annexure-1 read with Annexure-3, Mr.Nanda, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that for there is identification of area, in bringing out of the resolution dated 18th November, 2021, there arose some confusion involving area of the Regulated Market Committee and Marketing yard area involved herein. This Court finds there is scope available to the petitioner in Section 3 (1) & (2) of the Orissa Agricultural Produce Market Act, 1956. Further, this Court also observes in the event there is any difficulty in the operation after the resolution dated 18th November, 2021 nothing prevented petitioners to raise their objection. In the event there is raising of any dispute on the identification of Regulated Market Committee area, same may be considered and disposed of in accordance with law. 3.

In the process, this Court in disposal of the writ petition permits the petitioners to raise their objection involving operation of the

// 2 // resolution dated 18th November, 2021 to the competent authorityopposite party no.1. In the event of such objection is made within a period of two weeks hence, the same shall be considered in accordance with law but however involving the petitioners. 4.

The writ petition stands disposed of with the observation made hereinabove.
