This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This petition has been filed by the Petitioner for transfer of MAT Suit No.30 of 2021 instituted at the instance of the Opposite Party-husband from the file of the learned Senior Civil Judge, Jharsuguda to the Court of Judge, Family Court, Sambalpur.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner and Mr. Kousik Ananda Guru, learned counsel appearing for the Opposite Party.

Considering the facts and submissions made, especially the fact that both the places are well connected now and it would take hardly one hour to cover the distance, the Court is

// 2 // not inclined to transfer the MAT Suit No.30 of 2021 pending in the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Jharsuguda to the Court of Judge, Family Court, Sambalpur on the ground of inconvenience of the Petitioner.

Accordingly, the TRP(C) stands dismissed.
