This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

The present writ application has been filed by the Petitioner seeking for a direction to Opposite Party No.3 to release the current monthly salary along with the arrear salaries i.e. from 1st February, 2021 till December, 2021 within a stipulated period of time. 3.

It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner that though he has fled a representation before the authority on 24th December, 2021, but the same has not been disposed of. 4.

Sri Jena, learned Standing Counsel for School & Mass Education submits that it is not known whether such representation is pending before the Opposite Party No.3 or not. 5.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties, this Court is of the opinion that there is no meaning in keeping the matter pending in this Court. As such the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to

// 2 // Opposite Party No.3 to file a fresh representation taking all the grounds available to him within a period of two weeks. If such representation is filed, the Opposite Party No.3 shall do well to dispose of the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of such representation and the representation shall be considered and disposed of by a speaking and reasoned order. The decision so taken shall be communicated to the Petitioner within a period of 10 days thereafter.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ application stands disposed of.
