This matter is taken up through Video Conferencing mode. 2.
The grievance of the present Petitioner is that he has submitted a representation before the Regional Director, National Institute of Open Schooling, Opposite Party No.2 wherein he has prayed to upload the Tutor mark and publish the result of the Senior Secondary Examination, (October), 2017.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the said representation dated 30.12.2021 is pending before the Opposite Party no.2 as of now.
Learned counsel appearing for Opposite Party No.1 submits that if a direction is given to consider the representation of the petitioner which is pending before the authority, he has no objection. 5.
Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and considering the limited nature of grievance in the present writ
// 2 // application, this Court disposes of the writ application with a direction to Opposite Party No.2, Regional Director National Institutive of Open Schooling to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 30.12.2021, if any pending before him within a period of two months from the date of production of authenticated copy of this order.

It is needless to mention here that the authority shall consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law by passing a reasoned and speaking order and the decision so taken shall be communicated within 10 days thereafter. 7.
It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ application stands disposed of.

As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID -19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a print out of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned Advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020, modified by Court's Notice No.4798, dated 15th April, 2021, and Court's Office Order circulated vide Memo Nos.514 and 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
