For the pendency of the grievance of the petitioner vide Annexure-3 and as a decision in the matter is required to be taken by the Block Education Officer-cum-DDO, Derabish, oppoiste party no.2 keeping in view the undertaking for deduction from salary of employees towards repayment of special house loan availed by the Bank appearing at page 17& 21, this Court disposes of this Writ Petition directing the Block Education Officer-cum-DDO, Derabish opposite party no.2 to take decision on the claim of the petitioner vide Annexure-3 taking into consideration the documents at page 17 &21 within a period six weeks from the date of communication of this order by the petitioner but keeping in view the above undertaking. 4.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy,
