The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the order of dated 15.12.2022 passed by the District Education Officer, Balasore under Annexure-4.

Since the order impugned is appealable before the Director, Secondary Education, this writ petition stands disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to prefer appeal before the appropriate authority, so that the same can be considered and disposed of in accordance with law.
