The present writ petition has been filed by the Petitioner praying for a direction to the Opposite Party No.1 to take immediate steps to reengage the Petitioner as 2nd Matron in the Girls' Hostel of Maa Bhairavi High School, Mundigarh, Tumudibandh, Kandhamal as per her earlier engagement order No.4079 dated 13.2.2019 vide Annexure-1 and Resolution No.40 dated 08.04.2021 vide Annexure5 by withdrawing the Office Order No.1046 dated 06.04.2021 vide Annexure-3.

It is submitted by Mr.J. Gupta, learned counsel for the Petitioner that she has submitted a representation before the Collector, Kandhamal, Opposite Party No.1 dated 14.07.2021. It is stated that the same is still pending consideration before the Authority, on which, no decision has been taken till date.

Considering the limited nature of grievance, this Court disposes of the writ petition with a direction to the Opposite Party No.1 to consider the representation of the Petitioner keeping in view the resolution of the Managing Committee dated 08.04.2021 under Annexure-5 within a period of six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order at the cost of the Petitioner. It is needless to mention here that the representation of the Petitioner shall be considered strictly in accordance with law and disposed of the same by passing a reasoned and speaking order. Decision so taken be communicated to the Petitioner within a period of ten days of such decision. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
