This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical mode).

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The limited grievance of the Petitioner in the present writ application is that he has filed a representation before the Director, Secondary Education, Odisha, Opposite Party No.2 on 17.12.2021. It is submitted that the same is pending till date. 4.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that if the representation of the Petitioner is considered in accordance with law and in the light of Annexures-3 & 6, then his grievance as indicated in the writ application shall be resolved.

Mr.Mohanty, learned Standing Counsel for School & Mass Education Department submits that he has no objection if a direction is given to Opposite Party No.2 to consider and dispose of the representation of the Petitioner under Annexure-8 in accordance with law within a stipulated period of time.

In such view of the matter, the Opposite Party No.3 is directed to consider and dispose of the representation of the Petitioner in the light of Annexures-3 and 6 within a period of 10 days from today by passing a speaking and reasoned order. Any decision taken on the representation of the Petitioner shall be communicated to the Petitioner within a week thereafter.

It is made clear that this Court has expressed no opinion on the merits of the case.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ application stands disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
