This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical mode).

It is stated in the writ petition by the Petitioner that representation has been filed by the Petitioner before the authority which has been sent by registered post vide receipt dated 09.12.2021. 3.

The grievance of the Petitioner is that the Board of Secondary Education is not taking any decision on the representation of the Petitioner.

In such view of the matter, the present writ application is disposed of with a direction to Opposite Party No.3-Controller of Examinations, Board of Secondary Education, Odisha to consider and dispose of the representation of the Petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.

The decision so taken on the representation of the Petitioner, shall be communicated to her within a week thereafter. 6.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ application stands
