This matter is taken up through Video Conferencing mode. 2.
The Petitioners, who are working as Swechhasevi Sikshya Sahayaks under Barpali Block in the district of Bargarh since 25th November, 2003 have filed the present writ application seeking for a direction to the Opposite Parties to treat them as Junior Teacher on completion of three years of their service and regularize their services as Teacher on completion of six years of service by taking into account the services rendered by them as Sikshya Sahayak as well as Junior Teacher and further prayed that upon such regularization the consequential benefits shall be paid to them. 3.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that ventilating their grievance they have submitted a representation before the Principal Secretary to Government, School & Mass Education Department, Opposite Party No.1 on 23rd June 2021, but the same is pending as of now.

Mr. Jena, learned Standing Counsel for School & Mass Education Department submits that he has no objection if a direction is given to the Opposite Party No.1 to consider the representation, if any pending before the Opposite Party No.1.

In such view of the matter, without entering into the merits of the case, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the opposite Party No.1 to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 23rd July, 2021 if any such representation is pending before him, within a period of two moths from the date of production of certified/authenticated copy of this order. The representation of the petitioners shall be considered in accordance with law and disposed of by a speaking and reasoned order. Decision so taken shall be communicated to the Petitioners within a period of 10 days thereafter.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ application stands disposed of.

As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID -19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a print out of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned Advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020, modified by Court's Notice No.4798, dated 15th April, 2021, and Court's Office Order circulated vide Memo Nos.514 and 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
