This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

Order No.

This petition has been filed by the petitioner-wife to transfer C.P. No.206 of 2021 instituted at the instance of the opposite party-husband from the court of the learned Judge, Family Court, Khordha to the court of the learned Judge, Family Court, Berhampur on the ground of personal inconvenience.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the opposite party.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, so also the submission advanced on behalf of the parties, this Court allows this transfer petition and consequently directs that

// 2 // C.P. No.206 of 2021 pending on the file of the learned Judge, Family Court, Khordha be transferred to the court of the learned Judge, Family Court, Berhampur. Both the Courts shall do the needful on production of the certified copy of this order. 5.

It is made clear that the aforesaid proceeding shall be concluded as expeditiously as possible preferably within six months from the date of receipt / production of the certified copy of this order. Both parties are directed to cooperate for early disposal of the case. No liberal adjournment shall be granted to either of the parties.

With the aforesaid order, this TRP(C) stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
