This writ petition involves the following prayer: Order No.

P R A Y E R It is therefore prayed that let this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to issue appropriate Writ / Writs by directing the Opp. Parties more particularly the Opp. Party No.3 to consider the Petitioner's representation regarding taking any legal action against the brokers / local goons who are regularly creating disturbance for smooth running of transport business of the Petitioners for carrying passengers and cargo in Chilika Lake i.e. from Rambha to Kalijai as expeditiously as possible in the interest of justice."

Considering the submissions made by the parties and as a representation at the instance of the Petitioners on the selfsame issue is still pending, this Court directs the Opposite Party No.3 to look into the grievance of the Petitioners vide Annexure-5 (series) and take a lawful

// 2 // decision in the matter taking into account the grounds stated in this writ petition so also the documents appended thereto. 4.

The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition by the Petitioners. 5.
