This matter involves the following prayer:

"

P R A Y E R It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be graciously pleased to admit this writ petition, issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ / direction to the Opp. Parties to Settle the land in favour of the petitioner as per military quota or otherwise direct to pay the financial assistance as per the scheme of Ex-Military personnel quota."

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for Petitioner, this Court finds, pursuant to the application of the Petitioner on the selfsame issue vide Annexure-7, the Collector, Ganjam has already forwarded the same to the Tahasildar, Chhatrapur / Jagannathprasad for appropriate consideration. In such view of the matter, this Court directs, if there is no finality to the request of the Petitioner vide Annexure-7 as of now and the issue involved therein has not been finalized as yet, the same shall be finalized within a

// 2 // period of three months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the Petitioner. 4.

The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. 5.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020 as modified by Court's Notice No.4798, dated 15th April, 2021 and Court's Office order circulated vide memo Nos.514 & 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
