Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 3.
Mr.Mallik, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that basing on a complaint in the Grievance Cell of Collector, Kalahandi and the Collector vide Annexure3 has already directed the Tahasildar, Karlamunda to start a Misc. Case on the dispute involved and dispose of the same as per the previsions under OEA/VPA/Daily Land matter case. It is alleged that in spite of such direction of the Collector in the year 2017, there is no interest shown by the Tahasildar in resolving the dispute involved herein.

Keeping this in view and as this Court finds the contention of the petitioner supports through the observation at page-16 of the brief, this Court in disposal of the writ petition directs the Tahasildar, Karlamunda - opposite party n.3 in the event there is no initiation of such proceeding as of now, initiate a proceeding forthwith and decide the same in accordance with law by completing the entire exercise within a period of three months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the petitioner however, if necessary, involving the parties likely to be
