This matter is taken up through video conference mode. Order No.

A copy of the Brief be served on the learned Additional Standing Counsel, Mr.Sahoo. This Writ Petition is entertained involving only O.Ps.1, 3 & 5.

For the nature of relief sought for and for pendency of the application at the instance of the Petitioners, vide Annexure-7 on the selfsame grounds, this Writ Petition is not entertainable at this stage and the same stands disposed of directing O.P.1 to look into the request of the Petitioners, vide Annexure-7 and pass appropriate orders on the same taking into consideration the grounds raised in this Writ Petition so also the documents appended thereto within a period of four months from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioners. This Court has not expressed any opinion on merit of the case.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the Parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's Website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned Advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587 datred 25th March, 2020, modified by Notice No.4798 dated 15th April, 2021 and Court's Office Order circulated vide Memo Nos.514 and 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
