Mr. Mishra, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, the registering authority did not accept his client's deed for registration.

Mr. Panda, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, petitioners be directed to present the deed.

Petitioners will present their document along with this order to opposite party no.4, who is directed to accept the same. Said opposite party will thereupon either register the document or issue refusal memo containing the grounds. Either way it must be done within 72 hours of presentation.

The writ petition is disposed of.
