This matter is taken up through Video Conferencing mode. 2.

Heard Mr. S.K. Nayak-2, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. S.Jena, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the School and Mass Education Department.

The only grievance of the Petitioner in the present writ petition is that although the Petitioner has filed a representation before the Collector and District Magistrate, Bhadrak on 18.08.2020, the same has not been considered and disposed of as of now. 4.

In such view of the matter, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court disposes of the case with a direction to the Collector and District Magistrate, Bhadrak-Opposite Party No.4 to consider and dispose of the representation of the Petitioner dated 18.08.2020, if any, within a period of six weeks from the date of production of authenticated copy of this order in accordance with law. It is needless to mention here that the Opposite Party No.4 shall do well to consider and dispose of the representation of the Petitioner

// 2 // by passing a reasoned and speaking order strictly in accordance with law. The decision so taken on the same shall be communicated to the Petitioner within a period of ten days thereafter. 5.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.

As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID -19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a print out of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned Advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020 as modified by Court's Notice No.4798, dated 15th April, 2021 and Office Order dated 7th January, 2022.
