Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

This Writ Petition aims direction to O.P.2, Tahasildar, Athagarh to enforce its order of eviction dated 1.10.2021 passed in Encroachment Case No.37/2020. There is no clear pleading in the Writ Petition as to if such order is under challenge in any appropriate proceeding.

Be that as it may, this Court in disposal of the Writ Petition observes, in the event there is finality of the order dated 1.10.2021 passed in Encroachment Case No.37/2020 meaning thereby there is no Appeal and Revision and/or a Writ Petition in this Court, same may be worked out at least within a period of one month from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioner.
