The instant petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 seeking grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.35 dated 24.03.2024 under Sections 285 and 307 of the IPC, 1860 and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station Bahin, District Palwal (Annexure P-1).

After issuing notice of motion on 02.01.2025, the petitioner had been granted interim bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, with direction to join investigation and the relevant part of the order dated 02.01.2025 reads as under:-
"Learned counsel for the petitioner, in asking for the relief (supra) inter alia submits that though there are allegations that the present petitioner opened a gunshot, however, no one has suffered any injury on account the said act, rather it is a case of a false implication at the behest of the police official."
